DESCRIPTION:

FourMation worked closely with Legend Companies to design and layout Uponor Snowmelt and Viessmann Boiler system to serve ramp for underground parking.  Legend installed enough tubing to cover the  2,000 SqFt. ramp, and paired with our Viessmann  200-W 285,000 BTU Boiler.  With the Uponor automatic snow and ice sensor, the snowmelt system idles all winter long at 28ºF and when the sensor detects moisture and is below melting temperature the ramp quickly responds to melt and dry slab to ensure safety of cars entering and leaving ramp.  Fourmation Sales assisted with start-up, programming and commissioning.  Please reach out and one of our hydronic specialists today to assist in designing your next snowmelt project.
