Jim Ingle is a 17 year veteran that has worked in many facets of the plumbing, heating and mechanical industries. From Contractor to Distributor to Manufacturer and now Manufacturers Representative his main attributes have been collected around heating products where he works to offer the best possible support to his colleagues and customers. Jim conducts training seminars for contractors around design and application principles. He also travels for sales, design and technical assistance.

Dean Corrigan has been in the Plumbing business for over 25 years. Dean grew up building homes with his father at a young age. Dean graduated from College at St Cloud State University and also attended ROTC and became a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. While attending college Dean worked in the field for a mechanical contractor where he gained considerable knowledge in the plumbing industry. Dean worked for a few different Rep agencies before starting FourMation Sales. The last 15 years as a Manufacturers Reps has been a fantastic experience working with an outstanding team of professionals and introducing products to the market place with Military Precision. Living the Dream and Enjoying the Ride!

Bill Murphy

Bill has been in the plumbing business in both the retail and wholesale trade channels for over 25 years. He has an undergraduate degree from the University Wisconsin-Madison as well as attended several Accounting and HR related seminars and conferences. Bill has a diverse sales background, and has held several different positions in outside sales, key account management and sales management calling on small independent accounts as well as large corporations. He enjoys all levels of the sales process including strategic planning, account development, and the relationships that are formed. Outside of work, Bill enjoys golfing, playing tennis and spending time with his family and friends.

Chris Marschel spent the last 11 years working in the electronic components industry at a rep firm as a distribution product manager. He had the opportunity to join the FourMation Sales team in December of 2018. Chris graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Business/Marketing.

Dean Zumwalde has been in the plumbing / heating business for over 30 years. Starting at age 17 working 5 years for a large plumbing & heating contractor after school and full time in the summer through college. Dean’s next 14 years were spent working for a wholesale company holding different positions within the company inside sales, outside sales, plumbing manager and 4 years as the general manager. His last 12 years have been amazing as a manufacturer’s rep, “working with a lot of great people and bringing products to the market that I truly believe in!”

Jacob Sevelius

Jacob Sevelius graduated in 2012 from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a degree in Architecture. His background in the industry has been in design with plumbing and piping for large manufactures and BIM/fabrication for large commercial contractors. He enjoys working with engineers as well has helping out on radiant/snowmelt designs. He also enjoys being involved in both ASHRAE and ASPE and using his skills and knowledge to educate others.

Jay Baars has over 30 years in the plumbing and HVACR industry, beginning at a young age assisting his father and grandfather in their plumbing and heating company. With a degree from Dunwoody School of Technology he has worked as a union pipefitter for the Minneapolis Local 539 for 12 years and as a project manager/estimator for large mechanical firm. Discovering his passion for hydronics, Jay has spent the past 9 years as a manufacturers’ rep and brings a vast knowledge of HVAC and hydronic systems to FourMation Sales. Jay carries multiple master licenses in both Minneapolis and St. Paul, a high pressure piping masters and a limited low voltage license for the state of Minnesota.

Mike Malesa graduated from UW-Stout with Finance and Hotel Management degrees. He then managed a large food service operation for a hotel in Philadelphia for 2 years.  Mike then worked in sales for Prudential Estate Planning for 3 years where he was responsible for a 5 person staff.  He then moved to the Kohler Co. for 9 years as a Senior Sales Executive responsible for all sales in Northern and Central WI as well as the UP of Michigan where he also assisted in training new sales people.  Most recently Mike worked for Midwest Sales and Marketing (a large Manufacturers Rep Agency in WI) selling mostly heating products.  Mike states ” I have been dealing with many of the same distributors and contractors for over 23 years and have thoroughly enjoyed helping grow their hydronic sales in several millions of dollars over my time”.

Nick Trojan has been in the plumbing and heating industry for 22 years. He graduated from Dunwoody School of Technology with a Degree in HVAC Design. While he was attending school Nick worked in the heating department of a wholesaler. He then went to work for 11 years at a large commercial mechanical contractor where tasks included estimating, drafting and project management. In 2011 Nick had the opportunity to come work for FourMation Sales. He now does, technical troubleshooting on boiler & water heaters systems, boiler start-ups, product and technical trainings, piping/wiring diagrams, radiant/snowmelt designs & residential/commercial quotes.

Ryan has been actively involved in plumbing, heating and mechanical industries for the past 25 years. He has worked at all levels of the channel; including plumbing contractors, wholesale distribution, regional sales manager for a manufacturer, and as a manufacturers’ representative. Currently, Ryan actively works inside as the primary point of contact for many of our manufacturers and provides support for outside sales, distributors, engineers and contractors. Ryan enjoys collaborating with others to find solutions to all issues that arise in the market and enjoys educating all parties on the benefits of working with our manufacturers and Fourmation Sales.

Ryan Swanson has been in the Plumbing and HVAC industry for the past 12 years. A graduate of Dunwoody College of Technology, Ryan also holds a Masters Plumbing License for the State of Minnesota as well as Minneapolis/St. Paul. He is also med gas certified and holds an ASSE certification for backflow protection. Ryan enjoys spending time with distributors and contractors offering technical training, and support for mechanical solutions. He is available for training and travel upon request.

Brian has over 30 years of experience in the water heater industry. Starting in direct sales for manufacturer AO Smith in 1990 and then with a manufacturer’s rep since 1996. He has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and BA from the University Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Brian enjoys servicing customers and helping them maximize their sales. A big dog lover, Brian enjoys the outdoors, travel and sports.

Rob Widowski

Rob has experience in the plumbing field starting at the age of 12. He worked jobs with his grandfathers and at 13, attended Milwaukee Trade & Technical High School, where he spent four years learning all aspects of Plumbing and Mechanical & Architectural Design. At 22 years old, he became a Journeyman Plumber and at 25, he became Wisconsin’s youngest Master Plumber. He started Widowski Custom Built Homes in 1997 and in 2000, as a General Contractor, he started Widowski Master Plumbers. He has been in the plumbing industry for more than 36 years and he absolutely loves it. He currently resides in Wisconsin with his wife and two daughters.

Blake Kirchner has worked in the Plumbing industry for 5 years. Blake graduated from Hennepin Tech with a degree in CAD Engineering. He started his career with Uponor as a BIM Designer and moved throughout Uponor gaining valuable product knowledge and industry experience. With the technical background Blake has, we currently have him working with larger Engineers, educating them on top products and best practices. Blake conducts training seminars for contractors around design and application principles. He also travels for sales, design and technical assistance.

Ted Schmelling

Ted has been in the construction trades for 36 years, has been in the plumbing and pipe fitting trades for 27 years and has been working as a manufacture’s rep selling condensing boilers and hydronic related products for the past 16+ years. Since 1990, Ted has been a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipe fitters union and also holds a Wisconsin journeyman plumbers license. He has worked on pipe fitting hydronic jobs from a small residence up to large industrial such as paper mills.  He was trained by the UA in its 5-year, 200 hour, Train the Trainer course and graduated in 1999.  Ted has assisted with hydronic, solar, and geothermal control system designs throughout the Midwest.  Ted prides himself on knowing the installation and technical aspects of the equipment he represents.
