At the Earl Apartments in Bismarck, ND, FourMation Sales supplied a smart, high-efficiency boiler system featuring four IBC EX850s working in tandem. When there’s a demand for domestic hot water, two of the boilers automatically shift from space heating to prioritize the (2) IBC IWT-119 Max indirect water heaters — delivering 240 gallons of reliable hot water without missing a beat.
