Couhlin Residence Project

PRODUCTS USED:

(6) IBC Superflow SFT-199 tankless and SFC-199 combi systems.

DESCRIPTION:

For the Couhlin Residence Project, contractor was going to using two boilers and two large indirect water heaters due to the large water demand. However, after careful consideration, Fourmation Sales proposed the more competitive and efficient option of using the IBC Superflow SFT-199 tankless and SFC-199 combi systems. This solution offers several key advantages:

  • Efficiency and Cost-Effectiveness: The SFT-199 tankless and SFC-199 combi systems provide exceptional efficiency while eliminating the need for large indirect tanks. This results in reduced equipment and installation costs without sacrificing performance.
  • Wireless Communication: Both units feature advanced wireless communication, allowing seamless integration between the systems. This makes operation easier and ensures better overall control for the homeowner, improving the system’s efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Common Venting: These units are designed for common venting, streamlining the installation process by reducing venting complexity. The common venting system simplifies the overall setup while maintaining optimal performance, which is ideal for this residential application.
  • Redundancy and Reliability: The dual-functionality of the combi system, along with the common venting, ensures high redundancy and operational reliability. This configuration offers peace of mind, knowing the system can handle both heating and domestic hot water needs effectively.

This solution not only meets the homeowner’s heating and hot water requirements but also offers significant savings in both equipment and installation, while providing a reliable and energy-efficient setup for the long term.
