DESCRIPTION:

We recently helped design and commission a custom solution using (2) Raypak Hi Delta SS HD401 boiler water heaters paired with a 1,000-gallon storage tank. The system raised water temperature from 45°F to 180°F in just 1 hour and 20 minutes — outperforming expectations.

This setup was built specifically for a dairy barn washdown, where 180°F water is critical for sanitation.
