For two new developments—The American Cooperative in Anoka and on Lake Phalen—the developer initially planned to use ProFlo toilets. After working with FourMation Sales, the project team made the switch to Gerber Maxwell toilets across both buildings.

The decision was driven by performance, quality, and long-term value. The Maxwell toilets delivered improved flushing power, better reliability, and fewer callbacks compared to ProFlo. Following installation, the developer expressed clear satisfaction with the switch, citing a noticeable improvement in product performance across both properties.

This project showcases the impact of product knowledge and hands-on support in helping developers make informed choices that benefit the entire build—from install to occupancy.
