DESCRIPTION:

This Beautiful piping job at White Bear Unitarian Universalist Church was done by Steiner Plumbing & Heating. It features (2) IBC SL 40-399 Boilers with an option out IBC BTI65 Indirect Water Heater. Option out strategy provides one boiler to heat the indirect water heater while the other boiler continues to heat the building load. When indirect domestic water tank is satisfied the option out boiler will join the other boiler to heat the building load. This is a very economical approach as we are using the boilers for heating load to produce domestic water, without having a standalone water heater which saves extra gas piping and vent penetrations and servicing of water heater later.
